Nice to meet you!

My name is Cheryl Champagne

LMHC

Taking the first step towards healing is not easy, nor one that is taken lightly. I welcome the opportunity to assist you in working through some of the experiences and thought processes that may be holding you back from achieving wellness. I work exclusively with adults – age 22 and over, as being an adult is not exactly what most of us thought it would be.

My specialties are:

Holistic mental health counseling, Mindfulness, integration of mental and physical health, development of coping skills, meditation and movement. These approaches work well for those experiencing low self-esteem, low self-worth, addiction, stress, divorce, trauma, grief, anxiety and/or depression.

Let's get to know each other!

I have a holistic approach to counseling. One which incorporates mind, body and spirit. Through exploration, honesty and trust together, we create an environment of unconditional positive regard which will allow you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

A bit more about me…

In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am also an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level (E-RYT 500), Reiki master and National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). I have been on a life journey to health and wellness and believe that mental health and physical health are intimately related. Education combined with lived experience merge to allow me to provide an environment in which we can explore your inner landscape and incorporate adaptive coping skills to allow you to life the life you imagine.

My Fun Facts:
