Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified EMDR Therapist

Nice to meet you!

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified EMDR Therapist

I approach therapy from a relational perspective. I believe we are shaped by our families, life experiences, and the environments around us—and that understanding these patterns is key to creating meaningful change.

I work in St. Pete – Downtown

My hourly rate is: $185 for individuals and $235 for couples

My specialties are:

  • Relationship patterns & communication
  • Life transitions (including divorce and major life shifts)
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Anxiety & emotional overwhelm
  • Marriage & Relationship Issues
  • EMDR Intensives
  • Couples Intensives

Let's get to know each other!

Do you find yourself prioritizing others, keeping the peace, or second-guessing your own needs - while something inside you knows this isn’t working anymore? On the surface, things may look fine, yet internally you feel on edge, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift.

I work with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of relational trauma - especially when reactions don’t fully make sense, even to you. Together, we focus on understanding what’s driving these patterns so you can create meaningful, lasting change - not just manage symptoms.

My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in helping you move forward. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting, and the Flash Technique. I am also certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), an approach that supports deeper relational repair and more direct, effective communication.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve on faculty with The Center for EMDR Excellence, supporting the training and development of therapists working with complex and relational trauma. I also provide EMDR consultation for therapists seeking to deepen their clinical work.

For clients ready to go deeper, I offer EMDR intensives and multi-day couples intensives designed to create meaningful change in a more focused and efficient way.

My goal is for individuals and couples to emerge from difficult seasons with greater clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Life’s challenges can become opportunities for growth and deeper understanding - and you don’t have to navigate that process alone.

A bit more about me…

I received my Master of Arts degree from the University of South Florida. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Human Resources and as a School Administrator in a Montessori setting, while raising two sons. These experiences continue to shape how I understand the complexities of relationships, life transitions, and personal growth.

My Fun Facts:

I grew up in a military family and had the opportunity to live in the Philippines and Germany, along with traveling to many different countries. Those experiences shaped my perspective and continue to influence how I connect with people from all walks of life.

I feel most grounded when I’m outside - whether it’s walking, being near the water, or simply taking in nature.

As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I value the connection between mind and body in the healing process. I believe our bodies hold our stories, and that awareness can support meaningful change.
