It is time to invest in yourself! The first step to changing our circumstances is acknowledging something isn’t working. The process of change takes courage.
My approach in counseling is to create an encouraging environment where my clients can find the strength to make those first steps into the unknown. I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in science of psychology and a minor in communication. I then received a Master’s degree in counseling from Webster University. After my education, I went on to gain clinical experience in many different areas over the next 18 years, including, but not limited to, inpatient psychiatric facilities, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, group therapy, marriage and family counseling, individual counseling, substance abuse counseling and coordinating transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Licensed in the state of Florida (MH10911) as a mental health counselor, I aim to provide quality care. I specialize in couples counseling, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, men’s issues, family therapy, job stress, interpersonal issues, child therapy, and most other conditions.
