I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in high acuity medical settings. My experience working in fast paced emergency environments has shaped my ability to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with confidence, efficiency and compassion. 

I work in Sarasota and Virtual

My hourly rate is: $390 for Psychiatric Intake and $195 for Follow-up Appointments

I provide care for adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and mood disorders. I am committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment in a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. 

A bit more about me…

My approach is thoughtful and balanced. I believe medication can be an important part of treatment when clinically appropriate, while also emphasizing education, patient involvement, and long-term wellness. I work closely with each individual to develop a treatment plan that is both effective and aligned with their personal goals. 

I recognize the importance of truly listening and understanding each patient's experience. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgement free space where patients can openly discuss their concerns and feel confident in their care. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall well being- meeting each person where they are and supporting them every step of the way. 

My Fun Facts:

  • I enjoy spending time with family, and have a passion for enjoying new places. 
  • I am an avid Scuba diver and have enjoyed diving in many parts of the world. While living          and working in GUAM, I had the pleasure of exploring the Pacific Ocean in Palau, and Indonesia. I also spent weeks exploring and hiking Thailand, Bali and Singapore. I currently enjoy diving for prehistoric shark teeth!
  • I spent 15 years studying/ training in Martial Arts.
