Let's get to know each other!

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and connected. This means showing up with attunement and presence, so you can begin to let go of protective barriers and be fully yourself. Many of us carry feelings of shame or isolation, especially when we feel misunderstood by those closest to us. In therapy, connection becomes the antidote—and the starting point for healing. Some days we may laugh, and other days may be a bit heavier. It’s all about what you need and bring into the room that day, and I will be with you to support, validate, or guide you with insight and tools to implement outside the therapeutic space.

A bit more about me…

I began my career in business, driven by a strong motivation to grow and adapt—never remaining stagnant, a value I still hold today. After facing personal hardships, I sought support through counseling but often left feeling more misunderstood than helped. I know what it’s like to carry shame and fear, and how these emotions fuel disconnection and unhealthy patterns. I also know what healing looks like—thanks to therapists who shared their own experiences and helped me rediscover hope. Today, I find purpose in helping others see themselves as whole, not defined by the parts they struggle with. As a clinician, I remain vigilant in continuous training for growth and being able to provide the best care possible!
