Lena Allos
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in both California and Florida. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, and substance use concerns.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with treatment-resistant depression and anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, panic symptoms, trauma-related conditions, and LGBTQ+ mental health. My approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and individualized—focused on helping each person find the treatment plan that works best for them.
A bit more about me…
My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I believe medication is one tool among many, and when used appropriately, it can be life-changing. I work with children, teens, and adults treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
I aim to balance safety with effectiveness. I often consider non-controlled options first when appropriate, but I’m comfortable prescribing stimulants or other medications when clinically indicated. I practice thoughtfully and monitor closely, always prioritizing patient safety.
I also incorporate therapeutic support into visits—offering coping tools and education so clients feel empowered, not just medicated. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident in your treatment plan.
