Let's get to know each other!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating acute and chronic mental health challenges.  With a foundation in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, my approach integrates comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

I bring a collaborative spirit to my practice, working closely with interdisciplinary teams and my clients to develop holistic treatment plans that foster long-term healing and well-being.  Your voice and opinions about your care will always be heard.  My background includes experience across the lifespan—from pediatric behavioral health to adult psychiatry—and I am deeply passionate about making mental health care more accessible, empathetic, and effective.

A bit more about me…

In addition to my clinical work, I am a certified yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience.  I have taught in many settings supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies and breath as a path toward emotional regulation, resilience, and healing.  When appropriate, I offer mind-body tools and breath awareness to compliment clinical interventions, assisting clients not only in symptom reduction but in cultivating self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and lasting well-being.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, my goal is to meet you with presence, professionalism, and a profound respect for your journey.
